Project Management

All our projects are managed professionally from order received to final handover. Whether it is a large scheme or a one-off equipment replacement we will be in full communication with our customers, our on-site teams alongside other trades, to ensure we deliver on time and to the highest of standards.

From client order / contract agreement received:

  • We will project manage any further detailed drawings / revisions until agreed
  • Site surveys
  • M&E service drawings for main contractors
  • Attendance to site meetings prior and throughout installation with client or other trades
  • Delivery & installation by our fully accredited catering engineers and /or shopfitters
  • Arrangement of equipment training if required
  • Handover project with full operation manuals and project / warranty pack
