The Design Process
Client introduction & briefing
The design process starts from your initial enquiry via email or by phone to us. We are happy to meet you at no obligation, to discuss in detail about your commercial food facility operation whether that a proposed new business venture, a new build, refurbishment or even for one-off equipment replacement / bespoke shop-fitted items. We will note your style of food service, take initial site measurements if available and we will get to work by analysing your space.
2D Design Layout
From your initial brief we will develop an initial 2D block layout using the latest AutoCad software, showing the best way to utilize the space given to us by taking a practicable but also an innovative view to ensure we create the best solution for your environment.
Project Specification
From your approval of our initial 2D design, we can work up our initial quotation and specification of equipment, or bespoke materials etc, based on the plan design issued to you. We have formed very good relationships with our catering equipment manufactures over the years so we are confident we can provide quality to meet your budget.
3D Visualizations
We appreciate that for the larger schemed projects i.e front of house food servery areas, bars, café’s, detailed seating plans, that it is important that we can give that extra detail by presenting our customers with a full 3D visual experience of their proposed catering facility.
